What we collect
When you register for a class or download a resource, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, real estate license number (required for CE reporting), and payment details processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the classes you register for, verify attendance, report your completed CE hours to CE Broker as required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, send your Zoom links and receipts, and — if you opt in — let you know about upcoming class dates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the business (payment processing, email delivery, CE reporting) or as required by law.
